Ready for a night of painting, laughs, and good company? Join us for our Backcountry paint party, featuring TWO stunning moonlit designs to choose from!
Choose Your Adventure:
The Hiker — Celebrate a triumphant summit moment with arms raised beneath a glowing full moon
The Moose - A regal silhouetted moose stands proud against a the full moon, its antlers reaching up into the moonlight — a striking, moody scene perfect for a cozy paint night.
The Bear — A majestic black bear wandering the backcountry under that same beautiful moonlit sky
All 3 designs feature deep blue night skies, a luminous moon, rolling green mountains, and pine tree silhouettes — pick whichever speaks to you (or ask me about paint kits if you want to paint more than one!).
No experience needed — this is 100% beginner-friendly
All materials provided, including your very own 9x12 stretched canvas to take home
Step-by-step guidance the whole way through — you'll leave with a piece of art you're proud of!

However, you may pick up a paint kit to complete your project at home. Kits must be picked up within two weeks of the original event date.

Ever wanted a custom portrait of your furry (or feathered!) best friend hanging on your wall? Now's your chance — send us a photo of your favourite pet, and we'll guide you step-by-step to paint their portrait yourself!
This one's extra special because it's personal.
Whether it's your goofy golden retriever, your regal cat, a beloved backyard chicken, or even a llama with a flower crown — if you love them, we'll help you paint them!

Paint, sip, and connect!
Each guest will enjoy a complimentary glass of house wine, snack on a house curated charcuterie board, as well as paint and take home their artwork (Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral) on an 11×14 canvas.

What I Bring
A pre-traced canvas for each registered per person (choose either a 9 x 12 stretched canvas or a 9 x 12 flat panel or a 15 x 16 tote bag- your pick!)
All the materials: paints, brushes, palettes, aprons, easels, tablecloths, water containers, paper towels and more
Step-by-step guidance so everyone creates something amazing
Samples/suggestions sent to you so you can choose the perfect painting
A fun, relaxed atmosphere where mistakes are just happy accidents!
Beautiful paintings made by you and your friends to keep 🖼️
Let's Make It Happen!
Close to home (within 20 min of Amherst, NS): Gather a minimum of 5 friends
A little further out (within 1 hr drive from Amherst, NS in all directions including NB): Round up a minimum of 10+ people and I'll come to you!
The Easy Stuff
Full payment of $40 per person is due 5 days before your event (fully refundable up to 48 hrs before your event and nonrefundable within 48 hrs of your event, see below for more details)
I'll arrive an hour early to set everything up (if you are renting a venue, please ensure they know I'm coming early)
I will need access to clean water and we're good to go!

The guests - (beginners are welcome and encouraged)
The venue - your place or anywhere with enough tables and chairs for everyone
Snacks & drinks (optional but highly recommended - painting is thirsty work!)
Door prizes (if you want to add extra excitement!)
