By popular demand, I'm bringing back our fan-favourite Hummingbird painting!
If you've been waiting for a sign to finally pick up a paintbrush... this is it. These tiny, colourful little wonders are making their way back to the Maritimes after a long winter, and what better way to welcome them than painting one yourself?!
No experience needed. This class is made for YOU — the curious, the creative, and the "I've never painted before but always wanted to try" crowd.
You'll walk walk out with a vibrant, show-stopping piece of art you'll actually want to hang on your wall (or gift to your most deserving friend ).
Come for the painting. Stay for the good vibes, the laughs, and that little rush of pride when you step back and think — wait, I made THAT?!
All supplies provided. All skill levels welcome. All you need to bring is yourself and a desire to have fun!

I understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not refundable. However, you may pick up a paint kit to complete your project at home. Kits must be picked up within two weeks of the original event date.

What I Bring
A 9 x 12 pre-traced canvas for each registered per person (choose stretched or panel - your pick!)
All the materials: paints, brushes, palettes, aprons, easels, tablecloths, water containers, paper towels and more
Step-by-step guidance so everyone creates something amazing
Samples/suggestions sent to you so you can choose the perfect painting
A fun, relaxed atmosphere where mistakes are just happy accidents!
Beautiful paintings made by you and your friends to keep 🖼️
Let's Make It Happen!
Close to home (within 20 min of Amherst, NS): Gather a minimum of 5 friends
A little further out (within 1 hr drive from Amherst, NS in all directions including NB): Round up a minimum of 10+ people and I'll come to you!
The Easy Stuff
Full payment of $40 per person is due 5 days before your event (fully refundable up to 48 hrs before your event and nonrefundable within 48 hrs of your event, see below for more details)
I'll arrive an hour early to set everything up (if you are renting a venue, please ensure they know I'm coming early)
I will need access to clean water and we're good to go!

The guests - (beginners are welcome and encouraged)
The venue - your place or anywhere with enough tables and chairs for everyone
Snacks & drinks (optional but highly recommended - painting is thirsty work!)
Door prizes (if you want to add extra excitement!)
